BOOK A CLASS

Join us for our Gentle Hatha drop-in classes every Wednesday evening from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM. 

Beginning September 16th, we will be offering a 5-week session on Tuesday evenings from 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM. This beginner-friendly course focuses on fundamental movements of Hatha yoga paired with breathwork in a small class size, allowing for personalized guidance. Relax, rejuvenate, and create a new habit this fall as you embark on a transformative journey to nurture your body, mind and soul!
